Meaning of leader

Who is leader.... do we really know?

The one who can lead us to right path OR the one who follows the path on which we are moving whether right or wrong, simply for the reason to come in our good books and gain popularity?

Today leaders say i will do what people want (it is another aspect whether they really do what they say)

A community that wants certain rights for themselves which that community thinks is good for themselves but in fact it is not, not only for them but also for our society at large but a so called leader of present day will support that community. Why? just for the popularity and thereby increasing their vote bank.

Doesnot it illustrates that people whom we call leaders instead of showing us the right path or who are supposed to lead us to right direction are doing the reverse ( Ulti Ganga ).
