A person is being draged out from his house at night he his trying to put on his trousers but police is dragging him constables upon instructions of their officers are pushing ladies present there PLease note: There is no single lady constable....
Under the law and in interest of peace and security police can only under exceptional circumstances arrest any person in the manner as the officials are drgging the person as shown in the video...... find out any exceptional circumstance if you can in the video!!!!!
- can you find the person being dragged by the police holding any wapon? or
- that any member of his family obstructing police?
- can you see police showing the person being dragged any paper which can be assumed to be his warrant of arrest even if the police officer has warrant of arrest he cannot keep it in his pocket!!
I will not say that it is frustation of state government because it will give political colour to the event. Governments come and go in every 5 yrs but the police its officers remain there.
IPS and IAS services are supposed to be the esteemed services of this nation what these IPS and IAS officers on whom huge amount of public money is spended are trying to show?? One can clearly see in the video that it is police who is creating terror and not the person being dragged or members of his family..... all laws are being voilated by the police they are those BRAVE SOLDIERS who took days to fight with a single dacoit now showing their muscles.
In India Police department was established by British Government the then police of british government had nothing to do with law or human rights when the action was taken against Indians as the officers of that time were Britishers. such idiology is still present today.
